How to get a czech fishing license?

Anglers from abroad who are interested in angling in the waters of the Czech Anglers Union must arrange the state fishing ticket and the fishing license itself before they start angling. They must have these documents on their person at all times, and they must present them to the fishery guard for inspection upon request.
